These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website caspianlabs.in and the diagnostic services provided by Caspian Lifesciences Private Limited, operating as Caspian Diagnostic Centre ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, booking a test, or using our services, you ("the patient"/"you") agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide diagnostic laboratory testing, health-checkup packages, imaging and related services. Test menus, package contents and prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be updated from time to time.
2. Bookings
Bookings may be made via the website, WhatsApp, telephone or by visiting the centre. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it. You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (name, age, sex, contact number) required for registration and reporting.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable at or before sample collection unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes are charged as per law. We reserve the right to revise prices; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Reports
Reports are provided within the stated turnaround time for each test, subject to sample adequacy and re-testing where clinically required. Reports are for diagnostic information only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician.
5. Patient responsibilities
- Follow pre-test instructions (e.g., fasting) where applicable.
- Provide correct identification and contact information.
- Ensure availability for home sample collection at the scheduled time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a test is limited to the amount paid for that test. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
