This Cancellation Policy applies to bookings made with Caspian Lifesciences Private Limited (Caspian Diagnostic Centre).
How to cancel
You can cancel a booking by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 90593 41154, or by email at info@caspianlabs.in, quoting your booking details. For home collections, please cancel before our phlebotomist is dispatched wherever possible.
Cancellation windows
- Before sample collection / processing: Cancellation is free and, where a payment was made, a full refund is issued as per our Refund Policy.
- After sample collection / processing: The test cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the sample has already been processed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booking or a home collection at no charge, subject to availability, by contacting us in advance.
Cancellations by us
In rare cases we may need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., sample rejection, equipment downtime). In such cases we will inform you promptly and, where a payment was made and the test not delivered, issue a full refund.
