Caspian Diagnostic Centre (Caspian Lifesciences Private Limited) is a diagnostic services provider. We do not ship physical products. This policy describes how our services and reports are delivered.
Sample collection
- At the centre: Walk in to our centre at 10-3-761/8, Ahmed Plaza, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500057, open 24 hours.
- Home collection: We offer sample collection at your home across Hyderabad, free for orders above ₹500. Home collection is scheduled at a time convenient to you; our trained phlebotomist visits your address.
Report delivery
- Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and/or email, and can be collected in person at the centre.
- Turnaround time depends on the test; routine tests are typically reported the same day or next day, while specialised tests may take longer. The expected timeline is communicated at booking.

Home collection is available within Hyderabad. For areas outside our regular routes, please contact us to confirm availability.
